1. Download the MIPO application form. Complete the application, and submit it.
Please include as much information as possible.You may also contact the MIPO
team with any questions that may arise during the submission process.
2. After you have submitted your
application and any pertinent documents, the MIPO team will review your
information and contact you with further questions or schedule a meeting.
3. MIPO will set up a complimentary information finding interview to determine your needs and review your project.
4. If MIPO determines that your
invention fits our guidelines, a client agreement and a confidentiality and
non-disclosure agreement will be offered to the potential client.
