The MIPO Council represents community businesses, strategic partners and members of MIPO.

The purpose of the council is to providing the following:
- To represent the individual inventors of Oregon
- To create awareness of individual inventors of Oregon in governmental agencies
- To support ongoing interests and concerns of our members
- To form a collective voice that creates greater impact for industry gain
- To formulate new ways of building alliances and partnerships
- To educate the independent inventor of events that impact innovation
We are looking for indepdendent inventors, manufacturers, and consultants to join our MIPO advisory board.
